I'm not going to lie. I didn't meditate today but I was really into myself at work today. okay maybe that wasn't phrased correctly. I didn't really talk to anyone and I focused and I got a lot of work done....and a lot of thinking. More to come....

I'm Back!

Hi guys--I'm back and ready to go. Okay, I'm not that ready for the weight loss thing but I'm ready to start a new gig! I'm really really tired and I've run my course at my current job. We'll see how it goes. Challenge #2 Meditate for at least 20 minutes today and tell me what you discover.

Challenge Number One

O.k.... here is the first challenge in a series... this one has 2 parts.

1. write a list of 10 things that you love about yourself.

2. Write a list of 10 things that you would like to change about yourself or changes you would like to make (within reason!) and begin making those changes. No time limits, just mark the item off you list when you accomplish it.
