Today was a good start-- I did a little pilates and a little kick boxing and kept to my diet. Okay so I had fried chicken for dinner. Come On it was homemade fried chicken!!! Not KFC but like Mom used to make. I still steered clear of the vending machine at work and didn't resort to snacking when I got stressed. I think I'm going to start on the DASH diet tomorrow. I picked it up at my internist and she SAYS it should work.
I wanted to do a few crunches before I hit that sack..Maybe that's a good idea.

Today is day "1" in Just one more day to make a change. Everyday is a blank canvas and it is up to you to make a change.

My burden, of the moment, is my weight. I am truly disgusted with myself. By writing this I want to help myself and whomever else may be reading!
